Retrofit Bi-Xenon HID Projector headlight upgrade

Upgraded my headlight today. Stuck the headlight in the oven for 5 mins on 180 degC to melt the glue and the glass popped off. Discovered why the filament bulb is so poor, it had burnt the chrome plating off the housing.

Ran the wiring through the park bulb grommet as the projector has an angel eye kit on it. All tidy. Then began fitting the extra wiring and boxes onto the bike. Plenty space behind our fairings.
Ballast box with blue plastic and thick trunked cable coming from it, and relay power supply that comes in the kit.

CCFL angel eye power box, wired to the park light.

More wiring... and the ballast again.

The headlight back on the bike with power lurking within. Not lined everything up yet but will get beam pics then.

The angel eye at night. Fairly directional and not alot of power for daytime use but fine for night and only 3w draw.

I'm fitting DRL leds to the hand guards for daytime riding so an update on that when it is done.
