Help identifying part

Hello All: In the pile of nuts/bolts etc which came with my bike, there are a half dozen or so "nuts" which I can't place. They are cylinders about 9/16" in diameter by about 9/16" long. They are drilled/tapped and one end will accept an allen wrench. Where do they go? Thanks, Dan
