Won't idle

I found a 92 Seca II that had been sitting for 10 years. Everything in the fuel system was gummed up, but I took it completely apart and cleaned everything. I was able to get it to start finally with spray start until the pump filled things. It runs well now, starts easily, revs well, but it will not idle unless I give it just a bit of throttle. Then it turns nicely at the correct idle speed. The idle speed knob is turned completely in. I think that I just can't set the idle high enough. Any ideas
