New Brake Pads Installed Quick question

Hello. I installed new front and rear EBC Double H pads on my 92 Seca 2 and have a question. After a 40 mile ride I felt the front and rear rotors and the rear was really hot, the front not at all. The rear tire spins pretty freely, a little drag from the pads, but not a lot. Is there an adjustment I need to do? Is this a typical wear in issue? The rear brake lever(?) seems to be right where the manual specifies. I did change the brake fluid and I am pretty sure I got the fluid level dead on. Any input greatly appreciated.
