XJOTM - Wheres the Voting?!?

Seeing as its' more then half way thru september already, I'm just wondering if and when we are going to be able to start voting for XJOTM ofr august? Maybe at this point we take the top too vote getters and make one XJOTM for august and the other XJOTM for september.
