Oil Leak

As I mentioned in a previous thread I totally screwed up and dropped crashed the bike while parking it. Total Rookie error and I did some damage to my foot. Just now I went outside to check the bike. When I started it up a steady stream of oil started to pour from a round screw on the side of the engine. The leak stopped when I shut off the bike. Here's some photos.

Can anybody tell me what that plug is called? And any other ideas on what I should do. Don't be afraid to state the obvious. My Clymer book is at my friend's house.
