Reasonable Belly pan price?

So what would everyone be willing to pay for a belly pan? There is a guy sorta local to me selling a XJ600 with belly pan and I asked if you would be willing to sell off said bellypan. He responded with "make me an offer" I don't want to completly low ball him but would love to get the elly pan. What do you think I should offer him?
