Rubbing noise

I have a rubbing noise like shhhhhh shhhhhh than increases in frequency with speed. You can actually feel it.
It's not in the front for sure. The front wheel spins nicely on a head stand. I'm thinking its the rear.
I had replaced the rear caliper thinking it was binding. Still the same noise.
Any ideas?
