Leaking oil??

I have a problem with the xj600 at the minute, at first I thought it was just to much oil in engine as I topped it over level a tad, then I thought it was something to do with air box but no, none sorted the issue out. Its mostly the 2 left hand side carbs it leaks oil from and out of the pipe in the pictures??
Its the pipe high lighted, it located right behind the engine and exits out the pipe near the right foot peg on exhaust as shown in pics. When I ride it does not leak but come to a stop it leaks out the pipe and drips a puddle on floor, any ideas guys?
and also while im making a topic does the xj600 front forks hold 116mm of oil?? doing fork seals soon ya see
