Fuel tank range

So I rode home from base today, in some fantastic sunshine. Being as I havent had much of a chance to ride it since buying it about 6 weeks ago, this was the first time I've had the opportunity to run the tank down to get an idea of the bikes fuel range.
Now I know this is a highly subjective issue, different riding styles, rider height/weight, fuelling issues etc and will differ for everyone but all I am after is some sort of rough idea what you chaps and chapesses manage to get before needing to switch to reserve.
My bike is now reading 164 miles since I filled up, and I'm not even on reserve yet :grins:
Based on previous bikes, a 600 bandit and a Triumph TT600, I was expecting to be on reserve by about 140 ish so I'm well happy with what I've found today, although I bet I've not got a lot of fuel yet (and I checked to make sure it hasn't been left on reserve, a mistake I've made before)
So, what sort of range do you all get from your XJ's?
