Forks + Calipers

Since I bought the Fazer I put the old battered divvy up for sale for peanuts to try and get rid of it but so far I'm having no luck - not that I am too disappointed.
I like the idea of making it a project of sorts and it gives me a back up plan if it doesn't sell so i'm trying to do a little research.
One of the front forks is badly pitted, I had the fork seals replaced in July last year and they are leaking again after 2.5k miles. So... what forks can I get that would be a straight fit? And by extension what brake calipers am I looking for as I want to replace both front calipers at the same time if I go down this route.
(Bike is a 98 diversion, UK bike originally so dual disc front brakes)
