Serious Issue

I have a big issue the nut on my front sprocket keeps backing off, I torque it down to 80 ftIbs qne take it for a ride and in second gear it back itseIf off, IDk why its doing this I've got a new chain sprocket trying to figure out the issue and when I took off the front sprocket cover it was Iaying in the casing. So I switched out the sprockets repIaced with a JT and put a 520-110 o-ring chain with 9000+ tensiI strength and re-assembIed and it backed off immediateIy?
