Dyno Horsepower Curve for Seca II

This is Dynojet's horsepower curve for the Seca II, both stock and with the Dynojet installed. I found it interesting. What do you think causes that flat spot between 4k and 5k RPM? And note that the horsepower on a stock bike peaks at around 8500 rpm.
