Lane splitting

Hey everyone,
Apologies if I have posted in the wrong place or if this has been posted before but I wanted to share it with you all.
I have just watched this video via pipe burn.

I'm curious what people's thoughts are? I don't split lanes but only because I don't feel confident enough to do it yet being a new rider. When my confidence improves I will start doing it.
