any expierence w Bridgestone Battlax 160/60zr18 Bt54r

i just got one of these on ebay. i misread thinking it was a 150 so now I have to get it anyways. any one have any experience with this model? Any advice from folks who have wedged in 160s? That is a over a full inch wider than stock and all I wanted was some tread till I could get a 17 rear wheel
