Faring screws and rubber nuts..?

Anyone know where to get replacements for these rubber nuts for the fairing screws?
It's the screw closest to the gas tank on the upper fairing and the but is inside this rubber piece that is squished into a hole on the frame. These are rotted and torn, thus no screws in there anymore.
