Will rear foot pegs of a 1996 fit on a 1995?

Greetings, this here's my first post. I know how manufacturers sometimes love to change fits and measures on certain parts, just to prevent interchangeability, but, does anyone happen to know if the rear foot pegs of a 1996 will fit on a 1995? (American/"Seca II"). My state requires these for a valid inspection.
