Looking for thread, exhaust mod air sensor.

Hello.
I read a thread on a exhaust mod where you drill a hole in each header pipe and weld a fixture on to attach a sensor for lean or rich mixtures. Have ran a search and scrolled through MOD, TROUBLESHOOTING, And MAINTENANCE without any luck finding it again.
If anybody is familiar with that thread and could help me with a link or better keywords to use in search would be a great help. Will bookmark this time!
