Quick Advice Needed - Headlight

I'm breaking for lunch. When I get back, I'm going to weld the headlamp ears to the fork tubes.
Which one of these two options do you all think looks better? The first option has less gap between the headlamp and gauges, but the headlamp sits higher. The second option provides a lower headlamp, but more gap with the gauges. Which looks better?
