MPG

Sorry if this is a repost I just don't have the patients to search through old threads.
Anyway, I am getting 33 MPG. The bike runs flawless, just put on new tires, new oil change, new air filter. I am really not too hard on the throttle. Anyone have any ideas why the MPG's are so low? Bike has 6,000 miles on it.
