Weird whining noise

I noticed when i park my bike I get this weird noise. it almost sounds like its coming from the gas tank. I read somewhere else that its when something is clogged in the tank. I just got this bike from a used dealer... it runs amazing but this noise is just odd. Does anyone possibly know what it is? I'll have to try and catch it on video next time it happens. Also it doesn't do it all the time, but even when i have not started the bike it does. I thought it was because my kickstand was down or something but it did it when it was up. I'm a total noob with motorcycles, as this is my first bike.
