Auxillary lighting (Squirrel Roasters)

O.k. I ride to work everyday at 0400. The headlight on the Seca works great...in bright. The problem is that when I need to dim the light for an approaching vehicle or heavy fog, my roadside vision is GREATLY reduced. This was especially a problem because a deer was standing onlong side the road this morning :yikes: .
So I need a set of squirrel roasters. Any suggestions for a dual lighting system that i could aim toward the side of the road without blinding oncoming cars. Any pics of mounting brackets would help. Also would it be better to mount them on the frame or the forks? Will the electrical system handle the extra load?
