Not firing on all cylinders? One Tailpipe is hot, one's cold

I'm not exactly sure what caused this issue, but all of a sudden while I was driving, I lost a lot of power. After I got the bike home and let her cool down, I started it back up again (started up just fine) - but the engine had a lower growl to it, and was sluggish. One tailpipe heated up, and when I put my hand behind it while I revved the engine, it felt pretty strong. The other tailpipe stayed cool, and the air coming out of it was pretty weak.
