:wallbash: so near to finishing today.
Brand new front brake line turned up today (Thanks Custom Designs' Spencer) installed to master and spliter with new copper washers and torqued as requied. Then after filling reservoir and picking up my EZ Vac, I started bleeding the system (FZR front end with FZR reservoir), on and on and on. No luck.

After a look over the system I found the piston on the reservoir that the lever compress was stuck in and not moving. After some work I free it up and now it moves.
So again I with the bleeding and nothing, fluid is going throught both brakes but the reservoir piston and lever does not seem to be building pressure? :wallbash:
Also I have just run out of brake fluid and it's snowing :laughter:
1).So does anyone any ideas?
2).anyone know the brake reservior piston size for the FZR?
3). can the SecaII's 14mm brake reservior piston do the job?
