Took a tumble and now my Seca won't start

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum (well actually I was a member of seca2.forumup but was a little late catching on to the new sight after all the spam) and I have a problem with my 96 seca ii I was hoping you all could help me out with.
Ever since crashing it two months ago the thing won't start. The first time tried turning it on I got nothing, possibly it was flooded? Anyway I tried again a couple weeks later and got a really loud pop once and got nothing, do you think this was just a flooding/mixture problem from sitting around? The other thing I noticed after I went down was a ton of oil leaking out of the breather tube from the airbox. This seems to be a common problem with secas but I was wondering if the oil drained into there when the thing went down on its side? Sorry for all the dumb questions I am a noob and I just want this thing to be working when the sun starts coming out.
Any suggestions for getting it running again would be much appreciated!
Edit: A lovely snapshot post crash, you can see the puddle of oil below it
