Rear wheel locked up

Okey first of all thank you all for looking into this one and sorry for my bad english
I was drving casually pressed in the clutch (still holding the cluth) shifted from 4th to 3rd (still holding the clutch) and at that moment something went BOOM and my rear wheel locked up
I did my basic maintenance oil and filters, i have almost max oil on the small window, chain didnt break and couse this
It's stuck in 3rd i assume and i cant get it out of there no matter where i turn the wheel with or without the cluth, scared to try running it probably will break more stuff, the only side effects befor this happened was me stalling at the red light when it said that it was in neutral (which never happened in my time riding it it was always precise) then 600m later this happened
Any suggestions ?
