I'm outta ideas

93 xj600. 48xxx miles. The problem. Won't accept any throttle even warmed up. Starts fine on choke. Won't idle off choke.
what's been done. Adjust valves(#4 tight),check cam timing. replaced plugs. Run on gravity tank, eliminating fuel pump/tank. Check carb float levels. cleaned #4 carb on bike but not the pilot jet(s)stuck.
This bike ran well when put away last winter and was correctly stored(drain carbs, fuel conditioner, non-ethanol fuel.)
