Crank but no start, tried everything

Hello all this is my first post here. I’ve been here for about 4 months while I’ve been rebuilding my xj600 from the frame up (1992 frame with engine/forks/wheels etc from a 96). Everything has been going great so far thanks to all the amazing help I’ve found in here. But recently I got the engine in and put the bike mostly back together. The carbs have been fully gone through and rebuilt (ultrasonic cleaned replaced diaphragms/slides, carburetor floats, float needle valves and seats, main jet, all o rings/rubber pieces, Then set float height and bench synced carbs) the bike won’t start no water what I do the timing is correct I’m getting spark on all 4 all of my plugs are new and gapped correctly my ignition wires are also in correct order. I’ve primed the fuel system and the carbs have fuel I’ve also made sure all my fuel lines/ vacuum lines are correctly routed. My compression is good as well the only time I’ve got close to starting is when I sprayed starting fluid in the air box and got some extremely loud backfires. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.
