Petcock nipple identifiers?

Can anyone help show me how to hook up my petcock?
I bought a seca ii today, but the petcock was not hooked up at all.
Does the vacuum hose from cyl 1 go on the top or bottom nipple of the petcock?
Any pics showing me what to do would be awesome
