ticking noise from cylinder head XJ600

Hi all!
After changing the oil in my motorcycle, I began to hear an extraneous clatter in the cylinder head of the first cylinder on the exhaust shaft.
Noise (clatter) appears only when the engine is warming up.
When it is cold, there are no extraneous sounds.
I measured the valve clearances - there are less than normal clearances on the intake valves, and one exhaust valve is also less than normal.
on the exhaust valves from which I heard the noise, everything is normal - 0.23 - 0.25 mm.
I have found many topics on forums with a similar problem, but not in one of them I have not found a solution.
Maybe someone knows a solution to this problem?
Or consider it the norm?
