My Seca barfed on me

Hello all
I've got a 1996 xj600s that has sat for years. I've cleaned and rebuilt the carbs, cleaned the gas tank, replaced the rear shock with an FZR6 unit, replaced ignition switch, and new plugs.
It's up and running now. I took it out for a shakedown ride and it was happy as heck. Very smooth bike and 2 up is more fun than my CBR600f3.
Quite loving the bike until this rainy morning
The reborn Seca2 did some funky stuff
I pressed the starter, and just got a dimming of the lights. No clicking that I could hear. I tried this three times and it cranked
Seems like a new starter relay is in order.
The starter spun for a bit then the engine fired.
Gas and oil proceeded to spew out of carb #1. Copious amounts.
It was like the bike was throwing up and could hear bubbling coming from cylinder 1 port.
Things I have noticed.
Crankcase pressure is high. (had the filler cap off to take a peak with engine running. Face full of oil spray)
Vacuum operated petcock needs a new diaphragm
Starter relay is wonky when wet
Any thoughts?
