HELP....Handle bar choice/recommendations?

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for a scrambler handle bar, I no longer have the original handlebars so a good place to start...
I have no idea what I'm looking for so all ideas, personal experiences - welcome, Any point going fat boys?
What have you scrambler conversions gone for, what works best?
