94 Diversion - FZ6 front end swap

Just started swapping 94 Diversion front end over to FZ
I’ve read all the posts on FZR 600 front end swap (great, thanks) but hit an issue, not sure if anyone has had the same?
Managed to find forks, wheel, discs and R6 callipers, spindle with spacer/speedo drive etc.. the 94 divi forks are different. One of the fork legs has a nylon insert in the bottom of the inner stanchion and the other hasn’t. So, one of the divi fork legs will not fit the fzr bottom.
Will try and upload pics but still trying to get the hang of it.
