Please HELP !!! Number 1 cylinder issues..

Hi All
Hope someone can help me out ....
Have cleaned the carbs fitted them back on the bike ..
Bike started straight away , tried to sync carbs with a carbtune pro managed to get 1 & 2 roughly the same , 4 wasn’t even registering on the carbtune , so initially thought there is a problem with number 4 cylinder/carb
Anyhow started the bike up again
Number 1 header was completely cold , number 4 very hot (only tested with my hand
)
Pulled the plug on no 1 plug was dry , tested plug nice strong spark
Anyone got an idea what i can try next , I’m stumped at the moment.
Float heights are all in spec ,,
I don’t know if its carb , electrical or something else....
