XJ600S - Cleaning the house

I want to clear the space between the rear tire/rear shock and the seat in my Cafe Racer project, and my first though was: "Easy! I'll switch the air filter for pod filters and move the battery to the air filter original place!". After searching the forum, I found your opinion on what matters to pod filters on XJ600 and started to search for another option 
At this point my question is: "Where am I going to install the battery, ECU and the other electronics?"
