Help! I can't post in any other sections

Evening all
I can't post any new topics or reply to any existing topics outside of this section, the 'New Topic' and 'Post Reply' buttons are missing. Is this a bug with the forum maybe? Any way to fix it? Or am I being an idiot and missing something obvious?
I checked the FAQ but didn't see anything useful, and I don't seem to have permissions to send PMs so I can't message an admin directly.
