Gas leak - maybe carb?

Hola, fine peeps! I hope you're all healthy.
I took my '94 out for a spin last week. Thought I spilled a little fuel when I was topping off, so I cleaned it up. Got it back in the garage, and within a day or two got a pretty ripe fuel smell.
My wife couldn't take it, so I washed the bike a couple days ago. Figured that took care of it. Nope - came back last night and today. I verified it's definitely the bike, not the lawnmower or anything.
I am a n00b when it comes to engine teardown and carb work. Complete n00b. However I snapped a couple pics just now, I think I see what's going on.
Any preliminary thoughts? Not sure if I'm in for a rebuild or what. I mean, it wouldn't be a bad idea I suppose - especially now during quarantine and all. I've just never done it!
I know radare has a lot of good FAQs and a bazillion photos. I'll check all that out, just wanted to reach out.
Thanks!
