Still no High end power....

Okay, I hate having to make this thread again but I have no choice since the other one is buried.
So, I took the bike to kawasaki city (a dealer), they looked at it for a few hours, took off the carbs they were clean, checked spark plugs blah blah blah. Turns out the problem with the bike wanting to die at idle was the fuel pump crapping out. So I had them buy the part and replace it, so that problem is now fixed and it chokes nicely. I also just replaced the friction plates along with the compression springs today, because I figured my clutch was slipping and so did they as everything pointed to that.
Well, it didn't fix it. The bike runs better/smoother, but I still can't go over 85. I can get up to about 65 - 70 in 4th gear, and that wasn't the case before, so there's some improvement. I'm so stumped guys, about to give up on this thing...
