cold cylinder

Just had my carbs completely redone, new gaskets, cleaning, the works. Put everything back together, primed the carbs (took a long time, about 10 minutes before fuel arrived at each carb. However, started up and seem to run just fine, well kind of at least.
Idle is at about 1k, when using the choke it goes up to 4k - 5k, seems normal.

But.....measuring the exhaust temperature at the top bend at the engine connection, the 1st and 4th are at about 570deg, but 2nd and 3rd are only at about 140deg, so........searched high and low but can't find a solution to that. You would think it's the mixture adjustment, I have set all at 2 out, so it's unlikely both inner cylinder run that cold and the two outer ones run in normal range (I think)

Cylinder 2 and 3 seem to be dead in the water, removing the spark plug cable from both does not make a difference, actually funny how good it runs on just 2 cylinder. Spark is there on both, plugs are not wet and look ok. Turning the mixture screw all the way in or out does not make a difference either, both are just not running.

Now, after I installed the carb bank this morning I noticed dripping from those two carbs, but that stopped after a while, the only gasket I had not replaced are the bowl gaskets. I did order them this morning for all carbs and will replace them as soon as they arrive.

Could be coincidence, but maybe the gasket on those two cylinder carbs not being good, could that somehow influence the fueling???

Any ideas, as I am not sure what to do next, since I have to remove the carbs again anyway?
