New from Fort Collins, CO!

My name is Kevin, HI
SUPER new that is!
I'm taking the last ABATE motorbike lessons this weekend here at FRCC! eep!
I have ridden mopeds and scooters before and have a MTB and touring bicycle that I use all the time... so I should be ok. I'm just need to work on getting the shifting down; I learned on a manual car and have driven one for the past 13 years... but shifting left foot and clutch with left hand seems like complete opposite... we'll see! I'm sure just something that I'll have to get used to!
So I picked up over the weekend 2 bikes! $1500! ...I'm hoping a pretty good deal, I think it is!
A '92 that just needs fresh oil and the major thing, carbs need replaced/rebuilt but I can use...
the second bike is a '93 with good carbs and other parts that I'll scavenge and sell off of it! (has CO. good title too!)
I also got some saddle bags, fuel tank bag, jacket, bike cover, some extra parts: flaring, seat, fuel tank, service manual, other misc. stuff.
My garage is packed right now so it's a buddy's house, but once I get organized, I'll get working on it!
It's only a one car garage so a bike will be perfect for it!
I'm excited to get started; I have lots of experience with fixing up cars, but this will be new to me and look forward to getting lots of info and help on here!
Here are some pic: (these are from the craigslist ad, so pardon if they're not the best, I'll get more later)

Hope to post a lot and see some of you in the spring when I get it working and start riding!
