Someone cut the gauges off! Vancouver Wa

So I just got my first motorcycle... well somebody before the guy I purchaced it from cut the front headlamp and gauge cluster off :thumbdown: because one of the mounts broke! I've got the parts in a box with the bike but i'm having a hell of a difficult time trying to figure out which wires go to which wires because I have a red yellow green color deficiency in my vision...
They also took off the turn signals/running lamps! and not just disconnected but cut the wires! Why?!? well idk but I need to get it repaired before its street legal!
Are there any awesome people in the vancouver/portland area that would be willing to help me get the gauges reinstalled?
I need someone that knows welding and wiring...
I would be totally willing to trade computer help and or manual labor! Thank you all!
I would just take it to a shop but I really have no cash
