Another sudden no-start after carb rebuild and switches bypassed (Edited to rename)

Ok guys,
I've seen that quite a few people have had the issue of not starting after a carb rebuild...now I've got it. I have read the other threads and am wondering what the heck happens to us few, proud, gas less...
Is it possible that there is just too much of an air bubble in the tank to pump to carb set up? Would leaving the prime on over night maybe let the bubble pass...can you burp it like a 20 year old baby? I've gone through my carbs a few times and everything is set perfect, float heights are right. It started pre carb rebuild last week.... frusterating :ponder:
