Front wheel disc

When I bought my first Seca 2 years ago not once did I ever take off the front wheel nor the disc off until stripping the bike down to the frame last year, so I attempted to take the disc off and this is what happen. I used heat to loosen the nut but the screws have stripped very badly and wouldn't budge. Any advice?
