Residue from Stickers/Decals

does anybody have a solution to removing the residue please without damaging the plastic they are stuck onto?
main issue is the transparent screen, got the main Sticker/Decall off but not easy to remove the glue substance
tried what we call in the UK 'washing up liquid' with some, limited, success.
