Hello everyone,
I currently own a 98 Seca Sport that I have recently modified to something like a StreetFighter. It's probably going on 3 years of ownership and I have enjoyed it tremendously with each passing day. I purchased this Beast for an easy $375 from a Police Officer in my Home Town.
Short story - he strapped down the bike to his friends trailer the night before he was to drive it up and drop it off...climbs up the truck...drives away to park only to realize that he did a poor job of tying it down. Damaged the Beast but I was able to repair 90% of the hurt. Only good news to that was that I was able to negotiate the sale price from $750 to the above mentioned $375. Sweet deal! Thanks Ben.
I never had any riding experience before only that my kid Brother had mentioned that first was down and everything else was up. So by the second day I was riding the bike around the neighbourhood. I am real handy with the wrench so I have gotten away with doing all the work and saving my dimes. I have to confess, thanks to all the well structured experience from all y'all this year round Beeaaassssttttt has become an awesome machine.
Yes...I have been reading the Forum for all this time and I just now have subscribed for membership.
Thank you all, I look forward to making more of this and stepping out of the shade.
