Topbox Rack question

Hi all. I've found a project XJ on craigslist, and I'm arranging a trip to go see it as we speak. It has crash bars and a tank bra, but I'm really interested in the topbox rack it has on it. The bike is a '96, and I'm really curious as to whether anyone knows much about the rack. I believe it's a Givi? Seller doesn't know or care. I've researched it a bit myself, as I'm trying to figure out with 100% certainty whether or not the rack will fit my '97 without modification. Anybody know more than I do?
