Can't remove shaft for starter clutch

I've gotten the case split and i can see the problem keeping the bike from starting
obvously im not the first nor the last person going to have this problem, and no matter how much searching i do i cannot seem to find out how to remove the shaft these are pics of both side of the case, please if you see something im missing let me know.
