New headlight unit?

Well both my low beams blew the other day then next day both hi beams blew, I gotta check all my wireing then,
I'm tempted to go back to a single bulb whilst I'm at it as I pretty sure the dual headlights are putting quite a load on the battery aswell as it keeps dieing but is perfectly healthy.
Was thinking of goin with this
Or the old set up.
What you guys recon? New headlight unit or stick with the double headlights?
I'm asking on basis of looks & the load on the electrics?
The price isn't a factor as I know I can sell my headlights and fairing and mounts for almost same price.
