Here she is, and work done so far. Sorry, this will be slow.
Leaking forks
Engine not to dirty...
Oxidized aluminium
Dented exhaust
Overall condition
Carbs off:
Use vice grips and screwdriver together to get those pesky frozen screws
Cleaning products
Keep track of how things come apart...
Melted crap diaphragm. Will have to order new ones I suppose.
Drilling out a/f screw plugs:
Soaking part with rubber/plastic in degreaser
Ghetto carb parts organizer
Carb boots suck, need new ones
Score from Harbor Freight and Tool
Take notes
carb fixin' station
#4 going in for another dip
Thats all for now. Carbs are apart getting cleaned. Waiting on seals and misc parts before they can be re-assembled.
