Issue with Clipon's, Fork Clearance

Hello All!
So I was hoping someone could give me some tips.. I always thought the standard bars are mounted a little to high for me, I obtained some clip on bars and at first, mounted them below the top triple cause of the clearance of the front springs, Found out that was way to low and downright dangerous for me. Last night I mounted them above the top triple, The riding position is better now, But with doing this I had to raise the fork tubes higher in the trees and now it's bottoming out on me during hard braking and serious bumps...
My question is that I see others do this and to be honest I like the look of the clip ons over standard bars, HAS ANYONE ELSE experienced the forks bottoming out when raising the tubes?? ARE MY FORKS JUST NOT STIFF ENOUGH, There is NO oil leakage on the fork tubes or seals, Is there a procedure to make them more stiff?
If this does not work, Has anyone mounted drag bars to the stardard mounts? And how is it? Pictures??

I really want them to stay around the same height as the clip ons are now, But they need it to be safe.
ALSO after taking the original bars off and top triple tree to get the clip ons mounted in the first place, there is a VERY aggressive head shake if I let go of the bars. I feel like I have ruined my bike, Although I'm just worried cause its a great running bike and I do not want to make it into a pos...
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Here's the original bars

And the clip ons
